Summary: My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and I also loved the reasonable price!

Summary: The house is located in a great spot, quiet neighborhood and decorated nicely. But the beads were foam, horrible for a bad back, and the entire house needs a good cleaning. We found multiple cobwebs, aunts and multple things that were bothersome. Like stains on the couch and dried food in the mircowave, we were scared to use the window unit in one bedroom due to it being filled with dirt. Would recommend to stay, but after a deep cleaning.

Summary: Owners were fabulous to work with. Excellent communication!This is a nice little house with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown and the park. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The only caution would be the shower is not for tall people. I'm 5'6" and had to squat down to wash my hair, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Summary: Overall the stay was good for what we were there for (float the Spring River). There were a couple of maintenance issues we took care of ourselves. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the mini split in the living room did not cool well and was leaking water inside the house. We reported these issues to management.
